SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you make a donation or sign up to receive news from our foundation, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our site, we also automatically receive the address of the Internet Protocol (IP) team in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we can send you emails about our foundation, our projects, workshops, activities and presentations

How do they get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, either registration or donation, we imply that you accept that we collect such information that you accept and use it for that specific reason. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as for marketing, we will directly request your express consent, or provide you with the opportunity to say no. How can I withdraw my consent? If after you consent (opt-in), you change your mind, you can withdraw your consent for the permanent collection, use or disclosure of your information by contacting us, at any time, through fundacionatencionatencion@gmail.com.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement other generally accepted industry standards.

By using this site, you declare that you are at least of legal age in your state or municipality of residence, or that you are of legal age in your state or municipality of residence and have given us your consent to allow any of your Minor dependents may use this site.

From hurricanes, earthquakes, to social isolation, which has affected academic setbacks and their ability to develop fundamental life skills.
