On March 29, 2023, the Atención Atención Foundation once again celebrated its fundraising gala, “Sparkling with a Purpose.” This event commemorated 10 years of working with children’s communities around Puerto Rico, continuing with our mission that “every child becomes the best version of themselves.”
The event took place in the central atrium of the Puerto Rico Museum of Art, which was transformed into an exhibition space for the auction items following a silent auction model. We featured two incredible paintings by Francisco Rodón and Antonio Martorell, several weekend stays at hotels, wines and rums of unsurpassed quality, a designer dress, and many more items. The talented Saritza Alvarado was the master of ceremonies, and during the evening, a documentary video showcasing the history of the Foundation was presented. Additionally, the new Board of Directors, who will guide the organization for the next three years, was introduced.
The event was a complete success, and we want to thank Elier Aubret, renowned Puerto Rican designer, Vinos de Mallorca, Interlink and their hotels, Fairmont Hotels, Ron del Barrilito, Goal Zero Puerto Rico, Francisco Rodón, Antonio Martorell, Atención Atención Inc., and the Roberto Alomar family for providing the auction items.
